You are given a strength in the journey of time
like the unseen force which moves the wind chime
You are silently carried by invisible wings
to lift you above life's difficult things
A hidden assistance through hard days and nights
you are moved by these wings to unreachable heights
When doubt enters your mind and life stumbles a step
you most often will find there's someone to help
The strong wings of faith helps you understand
and leads you to believe in the goodness of man
There will be times when you can't reach your goal
but it's darkest before dawn you've always been told
The swift wings of a prayer when you are in need
get a faster reply when you've done a good deed
The mountains grow tall and strength seems to subside
but at times each one must reach deep down inside
The brave wings of hope when the future looks bleak
will lift up your spirits and help climb that peak
Satisfaction in life may not come from great wealth
you may have been blessed with good sense and good health
The wings of good fortune may not bring you gold
but you may someday be lifted and heaven behold
