------The Hawk------

A hawk will seldom fly
wide circles in the skies,
Most of those that I have seen
depend on two sharp eyes.
They perch or fly a path
and watch the ground below
with silent observation
of prey who do not know.

Yes, fate has cast an ending
to each lifes unscripted role
Man too lives unaware
when God will snatch his soul.
Don't waste time watching shadows
Life's clock has little sand,
Each trip last just a moment
so live as best you can .
