Please explain to me 
the power of a word
that causes more emotion 
than any that I've heard
A phrase that in itself 
is meant add some cheer
yet no matter how you try, 
it sometimes brings a tear
It tends to bring a thought to mind, 
a sad and lonely feeling
like a wound within your heart 
that needs some time for healing
So let us use another word,  
please, can't we just try
because there's never any good 
in the word "Good-Bye"
