Feb. 07, 1946 - Jan. 06, 2015 Forest Stephen Patrick, 68, of Cleveland, TN passed away Tuesday. Mr. Patrick was a native of
Baltimore, MD and a resident of Madison County since 1971 before moving to Cleveland a short time ago. He was a graduate of
Tuscaloosa High School, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Masters Degree from The
University of Montevallo and did post-graduate work at The University of Alabama. He was a teacher and coach at Stone
Middle School and Ed White Middle School and retired from the Huntsville City School Systems with 37 years of service.
Steve coached wrestling, basketball, boy's track and field and football, winning many city championships in wrestling,
basketball and track at Ed White Middle School for Huntsville City Schools. He also coached soccer and basketball
intramural for many Huntsville City intramural teams. He was a former Sunday School teacher at Valley Fellowship and
intramural coach at Valley Fellowship Academy where he organized and coached the original program for the sports teams when
the school was founded. Steve was a loving husband, father and grandfather and truly loved the Lord. Survivors include his
wife of 46 years: Paula Marie Patrick; two sons: Forest Stephen (Valerie) Patrick, Jr. of Cumming GA and Michael David
(Andrea) Patrick of Cleveland, TN and six grandchildren: Keeley, Kenna, Mikayla, Carter, Cole and Caden. Visitation will be
Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor
Greg Simon and Pastor Carol Simon officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery with Berryhill Funeral Home
directing. Memorial donations may be made to Valley Fellowship Building Fund, 3616 Holmes Ave., Huntsville, AL 35816. -
