Linda was an excellent seamstress; for a time she made the uniforms for the drum major and majorettes of the University of Alabama's "Million Dollar Band". She was an avid sportswoman who loved bass fishing and deer and wild turkey hunting. She put her sewing ability to use making her own camouflage hunting clothes. The days never got too cold, too hot, or too long when she was fishing or hunting. Pallbearers will be John Frizell, Lee Hayes, Randy Kizziah, Jeff Donaldson, Leon White, and Revis Oates. Honorary pallbearers are Phillip Gibbs, Sheliah Gibbs, and Randy Goss. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Crestline Baptist Church..
